The kitchen’s day, on one phone

  1. Staff clock in with their face

Only at the outlet, so nobody clocks in from home. Late, absent and half days are marked for you.

The attendance screen: the kitchen team clocked in by face this morning.
  2. The month’s pay, worked out

Days present, half days and leave become each person’s salary, joiners paid by their days.

The salary tracker: what is owed to each person this month, worked out from their attendance.
  3. Use-by labels in two taps

Pick the item and the count. The app sets prepared and use-by times, and prints the labels.

The food labels screen: labels counted for printing, each with how long it keeps.
  4. Opening and closing checks, with photos

Every check carries its photo, and the app flags one that is blurred, dark or of the wrong thing.

The closing checklist being filled in: each check done with its photo and who did it.
  5. Every licence, before it runs out

FSSAI licence, fire NOC and trade licence, each with its days left and a copy on file.

The licences screen: the FSSAI licence with 25 days left, the fire NOC and the trade licence valid.
  6. Ask ECCS Buddy, in your language

The app’s assistant answers about today’s checks, licences and bookings, and reads its answer aloud.

ECCS Buddy answering a question in the app.

Phones, faces and ratings

Where does ECCS work?

With restaurants across India. Tell us your city when you book, and ECCS fixes the visit or the call.

Which phones does the app need?

An Android phone with a camera at each outlet. Labels print from the phone, on a label printer or on A4 sheets.

How does face attendance work?

Each person agrees once, in their own language. After that they clock in and out with a face check, at the outlet only.

Is the QR page a government rating?

No. It shows ECCS’s last inspection and says so. An audit agency recognised by FSSAI gives the official rating, and ECCS readies you for it.

What happens in a demo?
